Reviews
- Edited 4 years agoThe decision to release 2 live albums from 95 with similar setlists seemed odd on paper but in practice the arrangements and the vibe are different and we get the songs that were cut from the Dallas CD: Scary Monsters & Spaceboy.
Anyway this is Bowie as artist playing with his best band since the Station to Station era
Carlos is still on board at this point thank goodness, and when he's announced the crowd give him a great response.
This time we get Strangers when we meet, The Motel, Jump & Moonage Daydream instead of Nite Flights, Joe The Lion & Andy Warhol.
This release and the Dallas release were handled in a completely shambolic and exploitative manner by the record label
but the music itself is flawless - Does anyone know if the 6000 copies worldwide are on both CD and Vinyl or is the total 6000 for both (ie 3000 CD 3000 Vinyl)
