- Edited 4 months agoTo be clear, there are apparently two versions / colors of this, both sold as Blue [Lapis Lazuli]. I preordered thru Bandcamp, my receipt states "Lapis Lazuli Blue", and the color is much deeper blue with subtle marbling as shown in the disabled photos in this listing. IIRC this version did not include a hype sticker.
Who cares about the color of the vinyl? This is a great album. If you’re an Against Me! fan or were into Laura’s earlier solo work, you’ll love this. And for $10??? I’ve currently got it in the turntable a second time and I can hear a couple small pops like there’s some dirt in the grooves from the factory, so make sure you give it a wash before spinning.
The copy I have looks very different. More of a baby blue with a few darker streaks.
my copy is marked as lapis lazuli blue, but the actual record is a way brighter blue, with darker blue swirls.
