Reviews
- Edited 2 years agoJust as some others have written, this song has really crept up on me over the years and I just can't get enough! A steady groove with a slight 'purple' shade, Fonda is so understated here, this really gets under your skin. Oh and you're gonna need 2 copies. The vocal is essential but the instrumental is a killer jam featuring a fierce guitar solo.
5/5 - This record has really grown on me over the years, and has become a favorite.
Fonda's uber soulful vocals, coupled with a simple and effective production, makes this one a winner.
Here in NYC, I never hear it in classic/underground DJ sets, which is a damn shame. - Edited 6 years ago"Heobah" is "Jehovah" and the song is about God. Another great dance song about God: Alicia Myers 1981 release, I Want To Thank You. In my opinion is the greatest dance song about God.
