First time I heard 'Jill' was on the 'My Favourite Things Vol, 2' CD (also on Mule Electronic) which I picked up on the off-chance & this track truly stood out amongst all the artists on there, if only for those heart wrenching chords that just immediately placed a big grin on my face.
It's not a-typical I have immediate visions from listening to a track, but this one has such power & emotion flowing right through the heart of it.
I was immediately transported to visions of a couple imagining their life together through the years whether driving through forests, watching sunsets or on the beach. Memories/Visions that can only be triggered by such an emotive track as this.
Mushy as it sounds, but this is truly uplifting & beautiful.
