Gamma-Ray's voice loops "Oooooo bara-cuda...Ooooo" sound, at first sight, like something 'DJ Glitzkrieg' would drop at his "Hairy Discoballs" night at Berlins 'Big Blue Sausage' Night Club. But Gamma-Ray is light years from camp. It's a stealthy predator of a track; to be played "LOUD" on "STEREO" to get it's true ensnaring vastness. Slow-paced acid at first glancing-blow, but it's the heavy-grounded kick, intersperded breakbeat and rolling-thunder bass that define this purposeful, rising analogue leviathin (Ooo-eerrr Missus!) Even if you are the mildest of Techno heads, this is a UR essential and a classic Techno record your collection should not be without!

A1 "Elimination" is a solid hypnotizing acid techno track, best heard at the speed it's meant to be played at imho

One of their best records; high energy techno if you play it at 45 rpm.

The vocal sample on Gamma-Ray was taken from the female hard-rock band Heart's song "Barracuda" which actually was penned after a show in Detroit as a reaction to a annoying reporter who insinuated that the band were lesbian.
