Reviews
- Mike Oldfield had lived in Ibiza and soaked up the atmosphere, goes the tagline. But beyond the opening track, to my ears this is just a continuation of the MOR downtempo of his previous platter "Voyager". No surprises, for better or worse.
- I just picked up a British CD at a thrift store in Southern Minnesota- noticed that this has never been released in the United States in any format- is that true?
- "The Inner Child", featuring the haunting vocals of Rosa Cedrón, is definitely worth checking out.
Definite comparisons to Rachel's Song from Vangelis - Blade Runner.
It's a bit more bombastic (hey, it's Mike Oldfield), but the overall aesthetic is very similar.
