Reviews
- Currently playing this on my Sony TC-KE500S cassette deck. Much like the folklore cassette, it’s clear and crisp. Not too much hiss. I’ve noticed others have said that it played too fast, but my copy seems to play at the correct speed.
- I haven't personally noticed anything off with the sound of this album, I'd say it actually sounds really great compared to a lot of other modern releases. Any hiss I've heard is comparable to many other cassettes I own and in many cases less obvious!
- I own this tape and it sounds ok but there is a bit of cross talk present Especially on the first few tracks on side 1 when there is Quiet parts on the tape I own lover and reputation and they sound very good
- I’m not sure if it’s just my copy, but this cassette sounds HORRIBLE. So much hiss and it seems like the recording speed was made a little too fast. (It’s not my deck that’s the problem.) I also have reputation and Lover and they sound awesome for a Type I cassette, but this one is just a hard pass in sound quality.
