- This was another Mom and Pops $1 bargain 7" until 1989 when the lead man from legendary London based outfit 'Just Good friends', Tony P power played this on their daily morning modern soul radio show, on South London's soul reggae pirate station 'Rock to Rock' radio back in 1990. 'Just Good Friends' are also responsible for reviving some of the best known 'rare grooves' and steppers ever including Starvue's 'Body Fusion' and The Vibrations 'Shake it up'. The now global phenomena for these songs began with them. Much respect to Tony P, Stanley T and Mr Biggs!
- i once was obsessed with this song for a good 3 months. i listened 20+ times a day at first. it just made me feel good. finally the feelings subsided.
this one burned bright for longer than most. i hope to someday own the 45. - "Touch Me, Take Me" uses same backing as Intimate Strangers' "Love Sounds" (Alaska 7") - just a little less raunchy.
