Reviews
- Great songs. Hope this album will be reissued including the complete versions of the songs as most of them seems to have been heavily edited on the first pressing.
- This record is incredibly unknown, unappreciated and undervalued. The music on here is as good as it gets and the record sounds gorgeous. Some of the best musical bang you can get for your buck. If you’re on the fence buying this one, get off it right now.
- I heard the song Overheard while in College at the U of Arizona. It's so amazing, it's over the top excellent.
- I cannot recommend this album enough. Do yourself a favor and pick it up whenever you're given the opportunity. I don't know how the opening track—"Overheard"—never became a hit. It is ridiculously good. Produced by Calvin Carter & Jerry Butler and featuring Phil Upchurch to top it off. Bevel is a terrific songwriter and an equally terrific vocalist.
