Reviews
- Nice slab of no-frills rock & roll from a popular Michigan band that never quite broke nationally. Their cover of "Oh Well" did make the Billboard Top 40 in 1979 (their lone success on that chart) and it's one of a few highlights, along with the title track, "Something Ain't Right", and "Long Long Gone", a tune written by Bob Seger. This pressing has a solid in-your-face sound, the drums have a nice kick to them, guitars and vocals are clean and crisp, and there are no concessions to any sort of trends in the production. My copy is pristine, very clean and quiet, with no surface noise.
