- the lyrics is not weird but deep thoughts . Luke chable really made this shine with his remix . One of my favorite progressive track . James Holden - balance 005 .
- i waited to bought this record for a long time... almost 20 years from release
and found in a record store where it should be really! ICELAND
the most beautiful place of the world, where this music makes complete sense! - Edited 11 years agoThe lyrics are by John Harris, taken from "The Gospel According to John." I describe where the lyrics come from at http://www.darrenabramson.com/?p=6
- Edited 17 years agoThis could well be one of the greatest remixes ever. Luke Chable turned this song into a progressive masterpiece. The B-Side is reason enough to buy this vinyl. The meaning of the absurd ironically lyrics has been widely discussed, but that's the meaning, they are not ment to be understood in only one way - you gotta check it out yourself. Could be the greatest lyrics ever written for a song, next to Underworld's Born Slippy.
"No Scratch, No Snatch"
Haunting lyrics, beautiful breaks, mindblowing music.. 5/5 - In my opinion, the Luke Chable Vocal Pass was one of the biggest progressive tunes of 2003.
The haunting beats combined with the vocals creates a monster tune, that destroys the dancefloor.
On a sidenote - I don't know if my copy of this doublepack is the only one - but the labels are completely fucked up. Not only are the sides flipped, but the labels are switched the discs in-between.
So what appears to be the A-side of vinyl 1 is actually the B-side of vinyl 2, and the other way round! Quite disturbing when mixing..
