when omar s dropped the mcde bassline dub at robert johnson that year people were rushing upstairs from the toilets to get their feet moving. it was kinda cute- repress please, come on!
words words words words words words words - "Sisters, I Don't Know What This World Is Coming To" is beautiful piece of melancholic house music that goes back to revisit an epoch of jazzy protohouse that I am not sure ever really existed in the first place. I think "House Music Is Controllable..." contains samples of Catherine's Steve Kuhn, cataloged in ECM in 1977.

Somehow I have managed to get hold of a copy of this where the B side has only one track and it's NOT the Bassline Dub (which I was most interested in). Is this something that anyone else has come up against?
