Forget Me Nots is one of the hardest tracks of the era, an exemplar of dance music production, melody, harmony, funk, groove! Truly a piece of music history, and it still bumps on the dance floor hard as ever. It is worth mentioning that it recently had a run as a trendy song on tiktok.
As for my record itself, the mix is longer than the LP version, soaking up the funk, and kicks WAY hard. Fucking get it.

- Edited 19 years agoNice classic disco track here. 'Send Me Forget Me Nots' was sampled extensively for Will Smith's 'Men In Black' song. The backing music is the entire music from this song, with a beefed up kick drum. His vocals even sound similar to the lyrics from this song.
