Pleasantly surprising. I've had bad luck in the past with gold wax. This is quiet and sounds great 👍

Really good pressing. Sound is open and with high dynamics. Quiet and flat vinyl, outstanding qualitiy, and of course great music. Great one!

I don't usually care for "alternate versions" of anything, but this album is a real treat. It has a live and spontaneous feel to it and sounds fantastic. The vinyl itself is very quiet and dynamic, a real aural treat.

My copy is perfect. There's some surface noise that's not even close to distracting but both LPs are as flat as can be (my TT is extremely unforgiving when revealing warps). I have the deluxe 9LP but I had to grab this gold vinyl!

My copy sounds incredible; absolutely no surface noise at all and it looks beautiful as well. I can't say enough good things about this pressing. However, I have two sides labeled "Side 3" and no side labeled "Side 4". Not a dealbreaker in the least, but definitely interesting!

No swooshing noise on my holy wax anywhere, sounds simply fantastic. I have to agree with crosseyed68, my original Wallflowers and my Wildflowers and the rest covers are the rough cardboard. This one is slick, same color however, but as a record geek I want the original cover grade cardboard. Warner Record trying to save a buck no doubt.

I’ve since got a replacement record 2 (courtesy of the excellent Badlands Records in Cheltenham, England) which sounds great - none of the swooshing my original version had. There are good versions out there, it’s worth trying to swap with the retailer if possible.

My copy has the swooshing surface noise as well in spots on both LP's. Definitely a quality control issue with the vinyl. They cheaped out on the packaging as well between no gatefold (stuffing both LP's into one jacket) and using coarse cardboard sleeves. Disappointing because otherwise the mastering of the records sound amazing.
