- The version of "Please Please Please Me" that appears here has a cold ending, whereas the original album version (on "Sit Down Think") fades out. So you get an extra bar or two at the end - a sort of "after the fade" experience - with a cold ending and no fade.
That discovery very much pleased pleased pleased me. - Great tracks but saddly, poor quality of the press. Not due to a bad mastering (sounds good) but some crackle noise all along the record on the both sides. It's more like something between VG and VG+.
I've verified with one other copy, same thing. - Edited 10 years agoOur blue-eyed soul boys, purveyors of smooth disco, and the greatest band on earth return with the sequel to the underground classic "Modern Sleep Over". "Robot's Return" is the teary tale of the end of the relationship between âwoman and machineâ- and itâs enough to soften the toughest of hard drives!
!Please Please Please Meâ, a DJ favourite, is included for the first time on vinyl on the flip. Giving you the extra joy of being able to sing along to the Natasha Kaplinsky line at your local discotheque. Lovely!!
