Reviews
- My copy of this is problematic as others have described. Annoying non-fill throughout, the highs sound very harsh, and it’s quite noisy even after a vacuum clean.
- Superb pressing. Striking, dynamic sound, yet with a warm presentation befitting of an album of this nature. Definitely happy with this
- Edited 2 years agoSuper-clean pressing - I mean, no discernable distortion or surface noise. Mastering seems good, though I don't have a perfect original to compare against. Could it be the go-to?
- Legit horrible pressing unless I just got a bunk disc. Compressed and distortion throughout. I replaced it with an Analogue repress which sounds amazing so if you want this on vinyl either go for that or a decent copy of the OG pressing
- I'm sure that it sounds great, but my copy had awful non-fill that made it a very poor listen on side A.
- Edited 3 years agoGreat pressing. Nice separation in the instruments. Not muddy like my original Brother's US pressing. This album would be perfect if it wasn't for the horrible Mike Love song Student Demonstration Time... Thankfully it's the last song on the A side so I always pick up the needle before it starts and flip it over, lol.
