With his already visionary Leichenschmaus album, Splank! from Zombie Nation made it clear : he was here to change the patterns of electronic music. With Absorber, the evidence of a total success strikes beautifully. From the integration of an electric guitar solo to a chillout song (Automatic Gestalt) to the sexy gimmicks added to The Cut, every song is a weird discovery, something that points out to examplariness. A perfect record, full of subtilities, looking into the future but still remembering the past.
