- Edited 9 days agois anyone able to help me out? im wanting a 320bit rate 44100khz or flac copy of the 10:55 original mix from the cd not vinyl to add to my personal music collection. and i dont have the disc. i have the uk disc with the radio edit. i love the original mix more than the monster mix. and all the digital music stores only have the monster mix. i did have a digital copy of the original mix but in 2019 i lost like big chunk of my mega music library due to a virus... im not into vinyl quality music...
- Been having a discussion recently about a white label in 2002 that had a Pants & Corset remix. Anyone seen this one?
Edited one year agoInsomnia... Probably one of the most classic dance tracks within all dance classics. Faithless became so famous with this song. Even newspapers worldwide wrote articles about it, while some called it the most iconic techno track of all time.
But then I wonder. How far would his fame reach if we knew that this is a shameless copy of a track from 1992? Anyway, judge for yourself:

The Armand's Mission To Mars Mix is lossy / MP3 sourced on all releases, including its appearances on other Faithless singles.- Sorry not sorry, but Armand absolutely RUINED this track. Nothing beats the Original and Monster mixes.
Edited 10 years agoThe Moody Mix bassline seems to be the same as that of Biosphere - Novelty Waves, the Original mix. I wonder which one was produced first. Or maybe both sampled a previous track?
Funny how Biosphere had also a track called Insomnia but this seems to sample no Faithless :)
