Terra Haute 1st press has excellent sonics with wide stereo separation. Bass is more prominent than most other Tommy James LPs. Song quality is mediocre with a few pop gems.

Tommy James and the Shondells go psychedelic was an intriguing concept. I really liked the epic first track, and I thought the 2nd longest track, 'Changes' was ok, but the rest of the album ranges from disappointing to embarrassing.
