Recorded and mixed between 1990 and 1992 at Conny's Studio, Wolperath; Tritonius, Hansa and Split Studios, Berlin.

Exclusively licensed by Mute Records except Germany, Austria, Switzerland by Rough Trade Records / Our Choice.

The sleeve notes that the French version of A3 was translated and sung by Diana Orloff, and the Japanese version by Etsuko Sakamaki-Haas. The version on this record is the English version.

Tracks A3 and B2 were originally conceived and composed for La La La Human Steps.
B3 in its first version was used for "Das Auge des Taifun" by Erich Wonder / Einstürzende Neubauten in Vienna, 1992.
Special instruments were constructed and built by N.U.Unruh.

    The reason which Tabula Rasa and Perpetuum Mobile aren't having a vinyl reissue is because the record label (Mute) lost the original masters + artwork.
    The band feels sad about that.
