Reviews
- A fine pressing! Some reviews on here have a slightly negative tone. Not me. Maybe it is just my amateur-ear, but I find barely a thing to complain about with this. Very glossy album cover that is real thick. Plenty of f-bombs from the movie's dialogue. My ears definitely hear those loud and clear, just like QT would want.
- This is one of Tarantino's best soundtracks, and it's awesome to have certain rare tracks on vinyl in decent sound quality (looking at you, Hold Tight! & that epic cover of Baby, It's You). The tri-colour swirl is also pretty cool! Bought this at a ridiculously cheap price through an Amazon pre-order.
- Totaly warped vinyl impossible to play!
Tonearm can't stop to jump!
So after exchange the new lp is nearly flat beside some pops. - I love this soundtrack and I am happy to get a copy. The packaging and tricolored vinyl is gorgeous. The sound quality is ok. Definitely not remastered as it sounds too similar to my CD copy of this. Not a bad pressing but not amazing either. I did notice some surface noise on this in a couple of tracks. If you’re looking for audiophile quality this is not it. Still, I’m overall happy with it.
- Not sure if it’s because of the source of some of the songs but quite a few of them have noise throughout. Even after a wet cleaning.
