ERRORS/TYPOS
Although it definitely says "Humouresque" for track 5 on both sleeve and label, the track should be labelled "Humoresque".
Similarly, "The Courtage" on the sleeve and label, track 6 should be titled "Cortège".
Both are French words and as per the original 1979 release of the "Touch Me" album.

This LP lasts 58:32!
I didn't think that vinyl could cope with that length of playing time?
Mind you, there's not much evidence of lots of bass in there...
Nevertheless, this is a superb record of the band at their best.
At the time they were a seven-piece so there were no tapes used as backing, and we had the twin guitars/guitar & bass of Francis Lickerish and Steve Stewart.
Great to have official live versions of Golden Earrings, 665 The Great Bean, Wild Thing and The Dreamer.
Just a pity that the sleeve doesn't feature any photographs of the band performing live.
And finally, although the CD version is noted to be a Radio Trent (Nottingham) recording, I have refrained from adding that detail to the vinyl version as nowhere on the sleeve does it actually confirm this, although RJG does mention the radio station at one point in the recording. If it needs adding then I'm sure that someone will oblige! 😊
