It's so funny how much this album rips off San Francisco and LA music, most blatantly Country Joe & the Fish from SF. It's still a great album though.

Very punny: Ultimate “Spinn-age”. Like a wise man once said, “because it goes round.”

Their first and best album but by no means do I think the next two were inferior. While they went down in overall quality with the 3rd being from a different line up I still enjoy all 3. It’s just that this one is a step above with songwriting and psych creativity. The sound quality on a nice and clean usa pressing is very good. This wasn’t a landmark audiophile recording but does have a nice AAA sound that is transparent and punchy at the same time. Vocals are up front but the balance isn’t off between all of the instruments as each one gets to shine here. Highly recommended

Some seriously cool stuff that sounds amazing on a good system, loving that I added this to the collection. If you like this, be sure to check out the band Gandalf! Some more cool 60s psychedelic music.

Definitely worth picking up if you need a dose of psychedelia.

Good stuff but Baroque #1 and Dove In Hawk’s Clothing are straight up ripped from Electric Music for the Mind and Body.
