Reviews
Show All 21 Reviews- very audible surface noise almost overpowering music on quieter parts, hard to listen to with headphones
- Not of a bad pressing from target. Quiet and no surface noise. My only complaint, is just the audio sounds a tiny bit muddy or muffled. Idk is it's pressed from the original analog tapes, but either than that, it's not a bad pressing.
- This is easily the worst sounding new vinyl I have purchased. There is crackling and distortion throughout the album. I'm assuming this is a bad pressing but it sad such lack of quality would happen on such an iconic album.
- Fantastic sound. Yet again, an impulse buy from Target turns out to sound fantastic. Dynamic sound, a gorgeous record color fitting for such a legendary album, and a cheap price make this a must-get.
- This doesn’t sound good a all. Like I’m listening to a recording off of am radio. Not dynamic at all. I’d rather have a couple of pops and some static with decent range.
- Edited one year agoDoesn’t sound nearly as good as my worn OG US copy (los angeles). This sounds muddy, restrained and boring in comparison but not awful. Using Nagaoka MP-500 on SL1200.
- I have to agree with MollieBrower, in fact used that review to kick me over the edge on giving it a shot. Not disappointed at all, definitely superior for whatever reason to the WM clear. No floor noise or saturation mucking things up.
- So much better than the clear Walmart version (tho my copy was made in Canada and not the EU one). This gold variant made in Germany copy is so much better, dead quiet. Buy this!
