Wild album packed with amazing ideas and imagination. The Tafo Brothers were let loose in the EMI studios in Lahore and were seemingly intent on playing every keyboard, stringed instrument and sound effect in the place. Every track overflows with ideas, constantly shifting mood and sound every few seconds as though played by two hyper-active geniuses.
'Funk' and 'psychedelia' are two over-used words but these guys really make me smile with their cavalier disregard for formal musical structure (in a western sense anyway, I'm sure it all sounds completely logical if you were brought up with this stuff).
Highly recommended for fans of the exotic and students of the sublime.

It is actually fantastic and incredible. For every second, hour or day till you die.

A delightful mix of Eastern Grooves, Vintage (if you're being kind, cheap if you're not) Electronics, Psych and pop combined with a half ton of charm and a dash of wit.

Not so much a record (or even a sortof Library Record), more a laugh out loud, feel good gentle groove.

A must have for any fan of Library Music, Rare Grooves, Pakistani Cinema or anyone looking for something uplifting to fill out an hour or so.
