This is a complete improvement over the 180g transparent blue vinyl, there’s barely any noise, everything is so clean and sounds amazing at full volume, also this is on my opinion the best album by CHVRCHES.

This group never disappoints when it comes to vinyl releases. This album is no exception, while the record is free if clicks, pops, anything like that - the overall sound is.. pretty flat. Which is great, because I crank this album UP and jam out.

Overall decent release. The packaging and overall presentation is great. Some songs sound better than other. I think Final Girl is a stand out over the digital version.

Pressing is fine. Flat vinyl clean sound. Band sounds good. Not as warm as I’d like, but I think that is intentional to creat a dystopian mood

Great release. No clicks and noises, lp sounds clear and nice. Dynamic range isn't good enough, but overall quality is great. Streaming variant sounds much different from this press. This LP has more bass and details overall. Some songs really sounds new to me.

Changed my turntable's needle to Micro-Line 540ML. There are much fewer sibilants on How Not To Drown, but however, this LP isn't perfect.

According to some sources, the digital downloaded included with this is much more dynamic and cleaner sounding than the released mix on streaming services, is this true?

Mine sounds clean, but somewhat compressed. The bass is lacking. The color is really beautiful though.

Sounds great!! The digital versions of all these songs that you'll find on streaming websites sound very compressed in comparison. I didn't think I even liked How Not To Drown until I heard it on this pressing.

I definitely prefer the translucent red and it's great that the download slip actually contains WAV files instead of (usually) re-encoded mp3 files.

Wonder why the hype sticker says it's opaque red, when it's actually transparent red?
