one question i would like to have an answer for. why has the red/black assai copy been removed ???? it is limited to 300 copies and is selling for six times the price of a normal copy ??? it was removed because it was released by assai and not said to be any different from the everyday copy anyone can buy from an shop. yet discogs are still allowing the orange assai copy of the offsprings new record let the bad times roll to be counted as a different copy ??? this was selling for three times the price of a normal copy. why is this any different from the maiden one ????

probably their best since brave new world. it's my 3rd listen and maybe it's even better than brave new world. a solid B+ effort and worth getting, unlike the boring (but lavishly produced) book of souls.

Awesome Sound Quality on Vinyl . Sounds better than on CD or digital. Powerful Dynamic Production . Perfect !!

I have no idea why they put this one on a triple album. 80 minutes would fit perfectly on a double album. This would be way better for the flow of the album. It is pretty annoying to permanently flip the sides. Obviously the ones who decide are no record listeners but collectors. Please stop wasting material.

Oh NO, another triple LP!!?! I still haven't quite ''conquered'' all the songs on the Book of Souls album, due to the awkwardness of the listening process: taking the 3 vinyls out of the sleeve one by one, placing each of them on the turn-table...playing them one by one, two songs on one side...flip it over, two songs on the other side....and then inserting them back inside the sleeve again one by one (CAREFULLY!!!) ......again & again this process! Way TOO MUCH ''labour'' with them: you just CAN'T finally get into the ''flow'' of music, dealing with the f.cking triple vinyls all the time! But I can understand: MAIDEN still follow the formula ''MORE IS BETTER'' and seems the old formula is still working: the whole world still thinks they are The Best. I'm off buying the CD version of it!!!

After listening to this album 10 times, I find it the weakest Maiden album. 60 minutes of this material is total mediocrity and powerlessness. ...

I’ve been through this twice in entirety and this is a highly accessible, and amazing album. The second CD is a Steve Harris epic masterpiece! The entire things just smokes. Now waiting for my silver vinyl to arrive.
