Seriously, the remix is absolutely vile! It's a poor interpretation of the original version.- Edited 9 years agoI'm looking for the instrumental Hi NRG version of this - it uses the same riffs, is faster, louder, and is more 'shimmering' (with vibrato) than this track.
- Edited 17 years agoThis electro disco classic is actually a english cover of another classic : "Il Veliero" by... Lucio Battisti. The Lama version is actually more electroish and 80's than the original one that was produces in the 70's, and is pretty similar to another well known cover of this tune by Chaplin Band. The main difference is that the Chaplin Band one is in Italian, like the original Battisti tune.
