Some tracks in my copy (ordered from Amazon) sounds way too bright, specially 'Nothing Else Matters'. Bright to the point, high end almost start sounding like hissing in certain parts of the song... anyone else has this problem?

This is a well mastered release, but the standout detail for me is the pressing quality. In the time of lacking QC, Pallas continues to smoke the competition. Flat, perfectly round, smooth edges, zero non fill and not a click or pop to be found. I thoroughly enjoyed rediscovering this album through this pressing. Highly recommended

As others have commented… this remaster sounds majestic. Better than the 2015 reissue. Still not sure compared to the 45 rpm version but for a two disc option this one’s the one to get.

In my opinion this pressing is the 3rd best pressing of the album after the 45 rpm 2008 remastered pressing cut by "CB" and "Simply Vinyl" of 2000. Probably the original US vinyl sounds better but I do not know it because is the only pressing of the album that I do not own for the stupid price.
This version here has not surface noise and on that probably is the best from the other pressings. The sound is more thicker than ever because "Bob Ludwig" mastering. So it depends how you prefer the sound. The original mastering by "George Marino" was the opposite. Very top end and less low end. But you can listen better "James" vocals" and the atmosphere of the album but on the 2021 remastered the drums and especially the "kicks" can smash your house. Also the sound can cover better your space although I prefer to listen "James" voice louder.
All in all, this is the best value pressing of the album and one of the most serious. It takes the 3rd place but if considering the price difference with the others, this is a must have vinyl for "ANYONE" although the 45 rpm version is by far the best version of the album imo.

So I recently bought this off Amazon and also bought the “Walmart Exclusive” linked below at Walmart. They seem to be identical (both released September 10, 2021, pressed at Pallas, Lacquer cut at Bernie Grundman Mastering by Chris Bellman, etc.) in all aspects other than their wax color, but I actually prefer the sound quality of the black records I purchased off Amazon. Can anyone comment further on the similarities of these?

My record as 2 'side 2' labels. It is pressed correctly, but the enter sandman side has the same label as the the unforgiven side.
