Terrible sounding, lifeless pressing of a unforgettable album. Wish they can honestly do something about it to improve the sound!

Why the hell is this listed as 180 gram? As far as I can tell it's not even close.

Not a great reissue. No insert, bad quality cardboard and they should have put "you can't kill Michael Malloy" at side B. The sound isn't great but pretty good... the original recording doesn't sound great anyway

Just got this for like $15 from Target's site. It's certainly a quiet record, and not the best sounding in my collection-- but it's definitely not the worst. I actually found very little inner groove distortion, which is a miracle.

This is a single LP with 56 minutes of music on it, sacrifices had to be made. However, I'm left surprised how good this sounds despite being 12 minutes longer than it should be.

I'm wondering why they added the "Hello Skinny / Constantinople" covers, given the album was already 51 minutes long, but whatever. (Vinyl constraints aside, honestly I don't feel like these covers really add anything either-- after the 51 minute album proper I'm basically Primus'd out).

People slam this reissue, but I can't imagine the other versions sounding much better given they all have too much music crammed on one disc. At least this can be found for cheap.

All we can do is pray this gets the 2xLP treatment it deserves. Until then, running this thru my computer into Ozone for some extra oomph gets the job done.

I'm glad it's not just me. I thought something was wrong with my turntable/system just like so many other users have stated here.
I bought it at a Primus show years ago. I guess I'll just hang it on the wall as a souvenir.

Stay away from this. This will make you think your system or your needle is broken.

I have no idea how such a record could get through any quality control or human reason.

The mixers/masterers must have been out of their minds to release such an abomination.

This must be the most quiet vinyl I have in my entire collection. And even if you crank the volume waaaay up, the sound quality stays mediocre.

This release is a waste of time, money and especially vinyl and cardboard.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the comments below regarding the quality of this release, its a massive disappointment, lifeless and flat.
