This release can be summed up in one word: sublime. The concept of deep house/techno done with live instruments is pulled off spectacularly. The riffs are catchy, the interplay of elements superb and the vocals always tasteful. Every track on here is worthy of release as a single; it's amazing that such a perfectly rounded and well-executed album has managed to fly under the radar. Perhaps it's because it's quite hard to get hold of in physical format?

Though the Jazztronik remix of K.G.O is very popular and widely known, few seem to have recognised Little Big Bee's original works are worth investigating too. Personally, I think I actually prefer the version of K.G.O on this album. The combination of jazzy saxophone and piano tied with smooth machine rhythms creates a mood I've seldom encountered in electronic music. This is a must have.
