- My pressing sounds fantastic. Take me back to that summer night at Bonnaroo where Billy and crew blew the place up!
- Both of the LPs in my set are VERY dish warped, but it doesn't seem to affect the sound at all, so I think I'll just keep them. Very good sounding vinyl, even with the dish warp.
The first new copy I received had to be returned due to really bad warping on disc one.
The second copy arrived in tip-top shape and I'm super happy with this release/press. Discs were actually quite clean and the gatefold packaging is quite nice. Sound is excellent. Great soundstage and separation. A very well-recorded and mastered album.
How can one not enjoy this group? Fall is in the air, perfect time for this record to show up. This Saturday, my birthday no less, PBS is airing Billy Strings at Austin City Limits. Michigan is Very proud to call Mr. Strings one of our own.
The album is going to be one to hang onto; it will stand up over time. The vocals and instruments *french kiss* superb. Do not delay. Get this first pressing.
Incredible pressing. The sound is so dynamic and you can truly hear the separation between the instruments. Dead flat and quiet too. If you’re a bluegrass fan, country fan, Grateful Dead fan, or anything around those genres, you need to hear Billy—he’s the real deal. The long jams are outstanding and the haunting ballads are something else too. All around fantastic release.
