Sticker on shrink wrap reads:

Different tracklisting than the original release. On original release "Down In A Hole" was the second-to-last track, some later reprints move it to track 4 instead. This vinyl version moves it to track 4, which also means the Side B opener ("Dirt") is instead track B2 and the Side A closer ("Junkhead") is the new Side B opener.

B4 is not listed on the jacket or label.

Includes a printed inner sleeve with lyrics & credits.

It’s one of my favorite vinyl’s I own. However it’s unfortunate Rooster and Would? are the last songs on each side. Anyone else get some inner groove distortion on those two key tracks?

If this were still $30 I'd say buy it, but now with how much it goes for it's not worth the money.
Pressed on one LP when it should be two, causing whoever was in charge of cutting this messed with the original mix.
Compression was added causing the music to not breath, drums turned down, bass guitar turned up, vocals turned down a little, not much of a punch, bite, and drive to the music.
Also from brand new the record had marks and scuffs, which thankfully aren't heard when playing, but coming from the Record Industry pressing plant this isn't good QC.
MOV's reissue of MTV Unplugged is even better, mainly because they didn't make the stampers.

Wait for Sony to release the 30th anniversary reissue, if it's done just like Facelift will be well worth the wait

Anyone heard news on a 30th anniversary reissue/remaster?
Sorry I should pass some comment on this here MOV version I know, but I don't own it and I will not pay these prices when there's a new reissue coming any month soon, right ?
Well I certainly hope one's coming otherwise I'll have to pride that wallet open. I have to own a copy of Dirt on vinyl, hopefully it's a double as it's way too long to fit in one so glad disc, surely it always used to be no more than 22 minutes per side( even at that length you lost bass and volume).
Any news would be greatly appreciated.

I picked this up a few years back, I could not afford the 1st press but needed this album on vinyl.. not bad for 20bucks!

These prices are outrageous. I read on Reddit that someone recently asked Jerry on a VIP event if they are going to release a 30th anniversary reissue and he said yes. That’s all the information we’ve got. Hope it’s true.

i badly want this and the MOV pressing of jar of flies, but the prices are INSANE. if they reissued both of these, along with the self-titled, i'd jump for joy.

also - am i the only one who prefers "down in a hole" towards the end of the album? seems like few pressings put it there - oh well.

can someone explain how this pressing supposedly sounds good but its 57min of music on one LP? doesn't make sense to me. I thought albums get super compressed when you get past like 47-48min on one disk.
