'Pearls' samples a classic Sade 1992 album only track also called 'Pearls'

"She doesn't know what she's made of".

Agree wholeheartedly with sigma7...but please don't forget Brief Visit. (opens with Chris Wiltshire's vocals from the classic disco track Weekend by Class Action, found on the dub/acappella version)
Beautifully constructed rolling drums punctuated with open/close hihats and those gorgeous piano riffs. Being hooked on House (circa 1988/89) and especially the jazz influenced stuff from the early days, hearing it within Jungle is like the best of both worlds.

"Pearls" is a brilliant example of some of the better intelligent drum'n bass. Uplifting, Moody, Atmospheric. The guitar strings combined with the steady bassline result in a brilliant melodic vibe. The break in this one is killer. It's an extended break where everything gradually fades out and all your left with is the strings. Just when you think its about to end the drums roll again with all the previous elements bringing the vibe to the threshold. An amazing piece of work. One of my all time favorite choons.
