I played FIFA 2000 while growing up, but I did not remember DJ Scissorkicks was part of its soundtrack. He did an awesome remix of "All About Beats" written by Junior Blanks and this choon was featured.

Well, "Video Computer System" is also all about beats, accompanied with various arrangements such as acid loops, disco sounds as well as other elements influenced by rock and techno.

"Best Get Ready" is not musically very great, but it does its job as a warm-up.
"Clap Your Hands" is the typical big beat single that would be played in radio stations in order to promote this CD.
"Get Rowdy" is more influenced by techno. I particularly like the sound that begins at the 4:05 mark and continues almost until the end of this track.
"I Wanna Rock" proposes a funkier atmosphere that the three previous songs. The kind of music Fatboy Slim won't mind playing during a DJ set.
The skit "110" comes back to big beat, but a darker vibe than "Clap Your Hands". A song that reminds a bit of Tipper's work.
"Champagne & Gunshots" features nice acid loops that match very good with a robotic voice.
"Increased Lethality" won't be out of place in a soundtrack featuring a chasing scene in a horror or thriller movie.
"Lost Luggage" features lyrics repetitively counting "1-2-3-4-5-6-3". The bassline is good and the beats are strong, but these repetitive lines do not please me very much.
"Because I Like The Disco" is arguably Scissorkicks's most well known tune, as it was featured on some releases like "Bruised Beats" and "Day Trip To Brisco". If you already know the band called Space Raiders, and especially their first album "Don't Be Daft", the music sounds very similar.
"Wesly Juice" features a few jazzy instrumentals and the beat pattern is very entertaining.
"Dusted" has slower vibes than the rest of the LP, and I must say it's a trippy voyage.
At last, "Angel" explores drum and bass with some piano notes that creates a mysterious atmosphere.

All in all, it's an original alternative to Fatboy Slim and The Wiseguys. The album cover is also pretty awesome.
