Is there also a lyric insert included? That pictured looks more of an explanation (of the songs topics) & credit insert.

From Chris Dodge's (Slap A Ham Records) ebay listing of an unplayed 1st pressing copy: "Cover has printing smudges on it. Several of the covers looked this way when they were received from the factory, and were held back from general circulation. This copy was put in a box, and has been there for the past 20 years. So, the cover looks 'worn', but it has actually been in the same condition for the past two decades." .... I was glad to finally hear the story behind this, because my new copy came looking like that from Ax/ction Records back in the spring of 1990. And I have seen quite a few of this same batch appear on various ebay auctions over the years. Look above and you'll even see one of those covers pictured here! Needless to say a fair number DID make it into "general circulation"... UPDATE 1/25/13: The original photo on this page that I referred to has been replaced with what appears to be a "stock photo" of the cover.
