Reviews
- Bad release, weak sound, same as on the CD.
Anyway, all of Rob's albums are compressed.
I was hoping ... and I can see it's in arrears in stores.
I read that some are delighted with it ?! - Edited 3 years agoFirst, the bad: this doesn't sound great, just barely ok. Also, as many others said, the cover was apparently sourced from the CD cover, and not from the original photos (or, at the very least, a proper scan of the original vinyl edition, which looks miles better). I'm almost tempted to try and ask them to provide with a replacement cover, properly done. The good? Only that this album is available on physical media again.
- I was surprised to see it was a 45 when I looked at it. I must have missed that at time of purchase. I loved the album, always but the actual sound is not clear on the treble. I think the mids are ok. The best way to describe it is it's like dust on a TV on a HDTV. Not it in the way but not getting the absolute best out of the format. The front cover is lower res image blown up to a vinyl cover. Not clear, Not even the logo and title are. At least they hype sticker is clear. I don't regret the purchase and I am ok with the price I paid.
- Edited 3 years agoThe album cover art (the back and inside) look like a cheap bootleg print..... 45 rpm: if you received your vinyl record with "sharp edge warp" ..good luck! (Next time maybe a single LP pressing. Side A: 24.85 min. (still not bad, in my opinion ) Side B: 21.85 min.)
- i hate when records companys dont take care with this type of albums, the sleeve photos are pixeled. is like he puts a monkey in the scanner with a paintbrush of windows 3.1
