The version here of When We Used To Play contains only some vocals in the first parts and is then completely instrumental for the rest of the track. A bit boring if you ask me.
The other known version is the "Dance Classic Remix" which contains more vocals and dubbs "in the garden" several times, like released here: Blake Baxter - When We Used To Play and Blake Baxter - Blake Techno!. The better version I would say.

But this EP includes other great stuff like Does Not Compute!

Get layed is a massive choon and works in any techno set, provided you have fast hands for beat matching.

The drum programming on 'Does not compute' just has to get a special mention. The bounce in the way the beats pause and go is like nothing else I have heard. Listen to the beginning of the track with this in mind and be completely enthralled....and then start bouncing ! Just to add, If i'm completely honest, and with prior knoweledge of his music, I'd say this more to do with Derrik that it is Blake B.

The version with the gold background is the genuine KMS copy. The labels with a white background are bootleg copies.

KMS released an ugly rerelease some years ago which has different labels which both say "Side B".

There is also an old release with black/white-colored label otherwise identical to the one on the photo except that the Distributor and the adress are missing. I don't know which one is the Original!
