I first heard of Thievery Corporation when a friend of my father, an investment banker living in Paris, started to talk to my brother and me about smoking weed. He told us, after a lot of red wine, that he liked to get high and then cruise around in his BMW while listening to Thievery Corporation.
A few days later he gave us an LP which also included this track. Of course, my brother and me soon knew where he was coming from...
