Reviews
- Waaaauuugh!! Good gear. The spirit of punk. Crazy lyrics and sloppy playing but genuinely good spirited and very witty. The story of how the recordings got made back in '66 is a hoot. The band drove from the East Coast to California to become big stars. On the way they stopped off in New Mexico and recorded some demos. In Hollywood they got to release a single but when it didn't go straight to no.1 the record company shelved the album. They met Neil Young, Stephen Stills and Cher and cruised up and down Sunset Strip in their customised Driving Stupid sports car.
On the CD version you get 4 more songs. 19 tracks.... of sheer fun and pure inspiration.
