I can't believe this is 35 years old now! I remember buying this and all the others with eager anticipation, couldn't wait to play it and record to a tape to play in the car. Still sounds fresh today. Morgan Khan, what a legend.

This is the one that started it all. Morgan Khan is a legend in my eyes for introducing this music across the pond to the U.K back in the day. I have the whole lot and is my personal favourite in my entire vinyl collection

No mate, they're not - they're mixed by a selection of people, Electro 1 was done, as per the note above, by Herbie. Don't think Greg Wilson was involved in any of them...

the street sound collection is Electro 1-23 uk,west coast,crucial 1-2-3 and la beats, then theres the essential box! great old school blends and scratchers! a turntablist history! 8/10
