Reviews
- Great soundtrack for an unseen movie. Perhaps the best New Wave sampler ever. The compilation "New Wave" (Philips 6300 278, 1977) is also a must!
- I love this comp, the sound is generally fine. However I could swear that some tracks are sped up a hair; She’s So Modern in particular sounds kinda fast.
- Without doubt, this is absolutely one of the finest compilation albums ever put together. Ripping tunes from Go to Whoa. If you can pick up a copy of this LP (sorry CD lovers, only came out on vinyl back in the day), do yourself a favour.
- Apart from a couple of tracks in the background of a bar scene none of the rest of the album are actually in the film. Only "The Zones" are in the credits.
I won a copy of the LP on a local Saturday morning kids TV show. The film was made in area the station covered. Personally, I like it.
