Khruangbin are an awesome band and I love everything they do, I'm glad I own this, but let's be real, for such a short effort, the sound should be better... The other records I own of them, though often unfairly over-criticized, sound better than this one.
it's ok. looks great, but sound quality is nothing to brag about. get it for the looks, not the superior sound.- It’s very hard to read the runout etching because of the blue vinyl, but this thing sounds fantastic & looks the part too, so I am sure this is a legit copy lol. Really love this record.
This is a top notch pressing. We need more of high quality records like this.
My “blue daze” vinyl looks and sounds fantastic! No surface noise whatsoever. The soundstage for this sparsely recorded 5 song EP is wide and full of warmth. The songs and Leon Bridge’s vocals are superb and it sure has me wishing this was a full LP!
When I pre-ordered, the color was Lunar Fog. Did the limited edition colors change?
Edited 2 years agoFor those of you who've received yours already, is this pressing any better than all their other sub-par pressings? So frustrating that their music is so good, but it's so frequently poorly pressed 😕
