Reviews
- Edited 5 years agoThe a-side of this is, in my opinion, a fairly average soul ballad. It's the b-side 'Back On The Road Again' where the interest is. A beautiful, haunting funk groove. It's mainly instrumental with phased, almost psychedelic, horns. It starts with a steady, open drum beat which is joined by the groovy bass line, then organ, strings... and finally, those horns. It's a beautiful tune and too short at just over 3 minutes!
