Played Parasite sooooooo much over the years, such a great tune to mix ....plus THAT drop

Parasite just builds perfectly .. In fact to think if it, it's an amazing track which is a tune in its own right which can be listened to all the way through and will not get samey. Not many tunes about nowadays like that at all, let alone DnB tunes. The piano is what caught my ear at first, upon hearing it in a Moving shadow mix CD.. It was unlike anything else about at the time, and that drop... Well, what can I say, absolute perfection

Parasite has a melody which, if added to a mix, will make it sound sad.
Homicide is an atmospheric tune with reverberated drums, and a voice to spook you... the intro is grim as well.

Homicide is my most used track on this record. Homicide uses a sample from the movie Fallen 1998 and it is Denzel Washington voice, it bugs most people out it's a great paranoid track a great sample! "You never know, down to the smallest thing, that stranger you met on the bus, an old friend from school____could be a homicidal maniac"
Parasite is no stretch for a Dom & Roland track it's a solid dark track that's a bug out in it's own right! I like that Homicide and Parasite were put together they show two sides of Dom & Roland.

This tune just stuck out for me at the time because of the mad, really atmospheric, almost gong sounding melody over the beginning. The beats are damn crisp too.

The second half of the tune sounds like lorries reversing, but then, it was released in '99. So did everything that year.
