The track "Ether - Detonator" primed the sound material that the Chemical Brothers later turned into gold. The whole Systems EP was ahead of its time!

I remember about six months after this was first released, about ten sealed
copies appeared in the clearance bin at Tower Records Outlet store
in S.F. It was priced at 25 cents. I really had no idea what it was all about,
but I've always had a knack for sniffing out the good ones, and this one
had me curious, so I grabbed two copies since obviously it was a no brainer
at a quarter a pop. Needless to say, I really liked the record a lot. No one
else seemed to like this record at the time. I never once heard any other DJ
play it out in their set, and the remaining 8 copies sat unsold in Tower's
clearance bin for at least six months. I do regret not buying all of them.
If I knew then what I know now.....
