Reviews
- Edited 2 months agosounds amazing! no pops what so ever and has a gorgeous pressing (especially if you hold it up to your window/ in the sunlight) and comes with a gorgeous big poster!:)
- This sounds amazing! I wish more vinyl releases were this wide and of this quality! You get a really nice gatefold sleeve, 2 beautiful records, in an unique color, that matches the cover, the red and orange marble looks stunning, you also get a beautiful poster, and the price is really low compared to other current releases. Sound quality is amazing, good bass and on the softer tracks Kesha's voice shines, the poster is beautiful. Really think this album is more enjoyable on vinyl you get the switch more, side A and C is crazy pop Kesha and side B and D is lighter personal Kesha. I love it
- Mine copy sounds amazing! There's very minimal surface noise on side C but it was only noticiable because my record players volume was low. The packaging is absolute amazing! I think the gatefold design is one of the bests that I own. Not only that but the pressing of this record is absolutely beautiful! I absolutely love this albums and I love the record.
- Kind of confused reading the positive reviews. Mine is absolute garbage : heavy distortion on side A and a lot of skips on side C, even after a deep cleaning. Guess mine is an exception. I got the EU pressing to replace this one and it has none of these issues.
- My pressing is nearly perfect. I mean there is no surface noise.
Now, I didn't like any of the songs on this album, but I am giving it 5 stars because I rate the sound quality only, and the sound quality here is extraordinary. This pressing seems out of place with such a cheap record. The soundstage stretches from left to right, and has pretty good depth as well. Kesha's voice was well-focused in the middle, and she sounds like she could be in the room with you. Backup singers occupy the left and right channels. The instruments seem to originate from the center.
Extraordinary pressing.
Cartridge: AT150Sa - Edited 3 years agoSurface noise throughout (it's minimal) but weirdly her vocals are distorted a bit [mostly on side A] yet the production sounds lush. The mastering could have been better for this record.
Overall a great record and I'm glad I own this on vinyl (I don't know if the EU pressing sounds better or is in fact mastered / cut differently) - Overall very good….. after a good cleaning no surface noise…. Not quite as good sounding as I was expecting but far from horrible…. If you enjoy I can suggest this album
- Mine sounds pretty good overall, except my side a has some surface noise/hissing on the first 3 songs (especially on tonight but not as much on the other two) does anyone else have this issue? Or did I just get a not great copy? Anyways, the packaging and design here is PERFECT. The back cover & spine of the cd was AWFUL, and I'm so glad they made it look better for this release. Love how the gatefold is the same design as the CD one, and it even comes with anti static sleeves and a huge poster. Love the amount of effort they put into this release.
