Reviews
- Edited 3 years agoPlayed Rockit Science Deepstrumental in a facebook live set recently to close out a bit of 'Detroit' session. Its just such an monster tune with all twists, turns, emotion and of course huge basslines. Felt like it was the tune of the night. Surprised this is so slept on.
- After vol 1 set the 'Aesthetic' for sound design, vol 2 didn't disappoint, although the cut of choice has to be 'Rockit Science (The Deeptroit Deepstrumental)'.
- I finally picked this up after a few friends had made suggestions to it and with no regrets. The Deeptroit Deepstrumental is some of the best I have heard of this producer. Forget what you may expect, do not expect anything, remember the first time you bought a Transmat record? Do you recall the uplifting sensation you felt hearing how Derrick made a drum machine sing, well, this isn't to far off. Salut Mr. Worthy!
- Edited 11 years agoThis record is a stunning piece of music. I have recently listend to this EP and there are nothing less then pure and warmly yet healthy emotions on this record. Every track is crafted in the most skillful manner of arangeing and feeling or thinking music.
Warm, emotional and overwhelming deep house , nothing else nor less.
Grounded rythms and sacred spheres and melodies.
Something like a Haiku.
Or love poetry.
Perfect.
