- If someone wants this pm me. I bought the official and no need of the boot and would charge $20 to get rid of it
- in listening through and trying to justify if i should get an official press… i’m thinking, yeah maybe. this doesn’t sound bad per say, but there’s no doubt it’d benefit from room to breathe on 2 LPs. if you can get a copy of this dirt cheap from someone trying to unload it, definitely go for it.
- New official pressing through vinyl junkies available for pre order now

- Really bad pressing. The sound was so bad it had me checking my setup to see if something happened. Switched to streaming it and it sounded great, played another record and it was great, went back and it was awful. The volume is super low, it also has a very annoying low end hum on side A that plays through every track. Side B seems to be a bit better, but still not great. Still happy to have this vs paying the prices for the original one. Hopefully they’ll repress at some point.
- Edited 2 years agoThis pressing is unlistenable, you can tell within seconds the source is digital compressed mp3/YouTube. There is so much ungodly digital compression I can’t even get through it. Sounds ripped off of YouTube. Pass on this one. Those wishy washy highs ruin it completely.
- Edited 2 years agoSolid pressing, I don't have any sputtering between tracks like someone else said they had. Only thing I don't like is the sleeve feels really cheap & stiff, hence the seam splits occurring easily. Other than that, worth grabbing, I'd rather pay $40 for a bootleg that I can play on repeat vs a $400+ OG copy that I could risk damage to at some point by playing often.
- I was super nervous getting this when I did as it had no reviews at that time.
Just compared it to Amazon music's HD version of this album by switching back and forth. I'm not a audiophile, but with my gear I'm quite impressed. I can hear a small difference in the highs if I'm really trying hard to find it(stream is better). But just listening to it for the music is quite enjoyable and I would have never noticed if I didn't do back to back comparisons.
I had no issues with low volume with my gear. Seems level with most of my other records - update: actually sounds pretty nice. the record itself is perfectly flat, too. only real issues i have is 1.) the sputtering during the first couple seconds between each track, and 2.) the blurry cover art. 5/5 anyway. ohohoh — and as said in another comment, the volume is LOW on this. you definitely need to crank it to get it at a decent level.
- nervous to spin this. jesus. one LP? probably gonna be compressed as fuck. will be finding out soon though. the album art’s already a bad start though — blurry as shit bro. yikes.
