Cover is misprinted with tracks B1 and B2 reversed on back cover: "Flamenco Sketches" first and "All Blues" second, which is not correct.
However, this is not what is referred to as the “Misprint” version. The “Misprint” format only applies to those issues where the Side 2 track listing is incorrect on the label and the sleeve as here Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue
It is true that this issue does have the Side 2 track listing error on the sleeve (or 'back cover' as described above) but this was still present on releases as late as 1977, e.g. PC 8163 Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue The key point is the misprint on the label.
Deep groove mono 6-eye labels.
No mention of CBS at top of labels.
Back corner of cover has 2/z or 4.
Columbia releases of perioid came with either factory inner sleeve or circular plastic inner sleeve.

Wow, what a fantastic 1st pressing of this mono gem!!!...unlike the stereo version, you are much closer to the music here, more live and real!!!...a real experience...people, if you're going to buy a version that really gets you going, then get this one, it's amazing!!!!- My copy is a misprint copy (side 2 label). The matrix numbers match to numbers listed to this pressing, on this page. The "misprint' page that discogs has on this site is not quite accurate, IMHO. Barring occasional exceptions, commercial first pressings of KOB that are misprinted label copies, are lacquer stamped 1 A through 1D.
I just found a nearly pristine NM- copy of this pressing for $2 at an estate sale. That does not happen anymore, does it? lol. Guess it did to me and I am beyond stoked. I’ve always wanted to hear a clean OG Mono and I must say…I am not disappointed.
Does anyone know when the 2 x 45rpm UHQR 'need a mortgage' version is going to be released by Anologue Productions?- Are there multiple versions which include "On Green Dolphin Street?" I've only seen this one
